Application Dashboard

When you log into ISD, the Application dashboard is displayed. The application dashboard gives you the high-level operational information that helps you understand the health of all your applications at a glance. In the application dashboard, you can also view the environments and the gates that the service or the application passes through before final deployment.
The following details are displayed in the Application dashboard:
Total Applications - The total number of applications to which you have access.
Deployments - The total number of deployments, from all the applications to which you have access.
Pipeline Failures - Any pipeline failures, in any of the applications to which you have access.
Pending Approvals - Any approvals which are pending for your action.
Policy Violations - Any policy violations, in any of the applications to which you have access.
Verification Failures - Any failures in the verification process within the applications to which you have access.
Applications - List of all the applications.
The various details for the listed applications that are displayed are:
Application Name - This indicates the name of the application.
Last Executed - This indicates the time the application was last executed.
Deployments - This indicates the number of deployments for the given application.
Notifications - This indicates the notifications that are displayed for the given application.
Description - This indicates the description given for the application.
Owner - This indicates the owner for the given application.
The columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the sorting button given near each column name.
The details of the user who is logged in to ISD can be seen by clicking the User Info. Hover over the user name on the top right corner and click User Info.
A popup appears. It displays all the roles and the cloud accounts associated with the logged in user as shown below:
Users can perform the following actions from the application dashboard:
Edit Service
To do so, from the application list, select your application name for which you need to perform any of the above actions. Click the Three Dots at the end of the application name and then select the required actions as shown in the image below.
Users will also have options to Create a new application and Start New Deployment from the application dashboard.
Click on +New Application button to create a new application.
Click on Start New Deployment button to deploy your application.
Users can also change the time period to view the list of applications within a certain time duration. For example - 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 6 months and all. To do so, click the Last 7 days drop-down and select the time period. Refer to the image below:
User can opt to show or hide these columns in the list available. To do so, click the menu icon as shown in the image below. The list of available columns will appear. You can select/deselect a particular column to remove it from the application table.
