System Audit

The System Audit page displays the details of all the CRUD (create, read, update and delete) actions that happen in the ISD.

To view the System Audit page, click on Audit from the application dashboard, and the System Audit screen appears as shown in the image below:

The following details are displayed:

  • Resource: This column displays the name of the application.

  • Resource Type: This column displays the type of resource in which the action has occurred.

  • Action: This column displays the action that has occurred namely; updation, creation or deletion.

  • Status: This column displays the status of the action whether it is successful or not.

  • User: This column displays the name of the user.

  • User Type: This column displays the type of the user whether admin or non-admin.

  • Message: This column displays the message of the action. Hovering over the message a detailed description of the message is shown.

  • Timestamp: This column displays the time and date of when the action took place.

The page also displays the various filters as listed below:

Show Data For

You can use the Show Data For filter to display the details based on the selected time range. The time range ranges from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 1 Month, Last 6 Months, All and Custom Range where you can customize the time for which you want the data to be displayed.

Show / Hide Columns

You can use the Show / Hide Columns filter to display the columns that you want to display. Select the needed columns and only those are displayed as shown below:

You can also download the details in CSV file format by clicking the download button as shown.
