New Features
Usage Insights: Usage insight dashboard to display usage statistics of ISD including Applications, Pipelines, and Intelligent gates.
Long Term Events Storage: ISD now allows audit and application traceability and deployment data for a configurable period through extended storage capability.
Automated Approval Gate: Ability to automatically approve judgement gate (“Approval Gate”) through use of rich policy. This is in addition to the previously available informed manual approval capability. For example, the user can define a policy to auto-approve deployment to staging if the number of QA Jira issues of Highest & High priority is zero and if the image security scan shows no severe vulnerabilities.
Export Insights and Audit Trail: Ability to download Insights & Audit trail data in CSV format.
ECS as a Cloud Provider: Ability to add ECS as a target cloud provider. Added Security for Intelligent Gate Invocation: ISD now allows additional secure way to invoke intelligent gates from the Spinnaker pipelines with key+value pair(s).
Enhancements
Enterprise vault support: ISD now supports Enterprise Vault for secret management.
Fixed Issues
Sonarqube connector issue with fetching public projects data
Test Verification status was incorrectly shown
“Life Time” hours always default to 10, instead of using the specified user entry
Unable to fetch Artifactory data in approval summary page
Unable to add target cloud provider accounts for non-admin user
Unable to connect the integrators to Spinnaker for non-admin users.
Unable to load the cloud provider accounts in Spinnaker halconfig with Spinnaker version 1.26.x
Upgrade Scripts: Upgrade from ISD 3.9.x: Users from 3.9.x can directly upgrade to 3.10. Refer to the upgrade instructions here.

Fixed Issues
Policies are not sorted in policy management
OES is unable to connect to Spinnaker when the source control of accounts is Bitbucket
Unable to save Kubernetes account when source path given in spinnaker setup doesn’t exist in Git Repository
The default Kubernetes account should be available on a newly installed ISD
Error handling for server-side validations in the spinnaker setup page
Updating the username for GitHub fails in spinnaker setup
Adding a directory to the pipeline config fails in spinnaker setup
Remove “Connect to Spinnaker" for JIRA integrator
Agent list is not sorted and appears in a different order each time.
Validation for GitHub Username, if the given Username doesn’t have write access to the Git Repository
Pipeline Execution audit records are missing for cancelled pipelines with no start time
Unable to delete the service when user has any verification gate
A logout popup appears after logging into ISD for the first time.
