Manage Rule
The Rule page displays all the available rules from the third-party tools (Trivy, OpenSSF, Semgrep, Opengrep, Snyk, SonarQube, Kubescape, ZAP) that are available in SSD. It also provides users with the ability to configure SSD so that alerts are not generated for specific rules.
You can manage the Severity and Status of the rules in this page.
To View Rules
Navigate to Setup > Rules. The rules page is displayed.

The following details of the available rules are displayed as shown below:
Rule - Displays the rule name.
Severity - Displays the severity level of the rule.
Tools - Displays the third party tools that are related to the tool.
Description - Displays a brief about the rule. You can hover over the description to view the entire description of the rule.

Teams - Displays the teams name that are associated with the team.
Status - Displays the status of the rule.
Tags - Displays the tags that are associated with the rule.
Category - Displays the category of the rule.
To Modify Severity of Rules
The Severity of the rules can be changed manually.
Choose the rule for which you want to change the severity.
In the Severity dropdown, select the severity level.

Click Save Changes. The severity of the rule is modified.

To Enable or Disable Rules
You can enable or disable all the rules by using the Bulk Edit option.
Click Bulk Edit.
Select Enable all or Disable all from the Update Status dropdown.

Click Save Changes. The rules are enabled or disabled.
