User Audit

• Navigate to Audit and click Users.

The page displays the complete list of user details along with their status, login time and duration status (The time between the login event and the last activity in the previous session). The user count for the different types of users Total Users, Currently Active Users, Away Users and Inactive Users are given as summary boxes.

• User ID - The unique ID of the user.

• Status - The current user status, namely: ACTIVE, AWAY, INACTIVE, or LOGGED OUT.

• Last Login - The timestamp of the user's most recent login.

• Last Session Duration - The duration of the last session when the user had logged in

On clicking the respective box, the following details of the users are displayed:

• Total Users - Total number of users logged into ISD ( All time)

• Current Active Users - Number of currently active users. List of users who performed an action in the last 30 minutes.

• Away Users - List of users who have logged in, but do not have any activity in the last 30 minutes.

• Inactive Users - List of users who have not logged in for the last 30 days.

You can perform the following actions in the Users page.

• Download the user list as a (.csv) file by clicking the Download button as shown below.

• Search for the required user by entering the name in the Search button.

• Show or hide the required columns by clicking the Show /Hide Column button.
