# Remediation History
The AI Remediation History page gives you a record of every remediation that has been generated. You can review the details of past remediations, open any pull requests that were created, and resume recent remediations. You can view and resume previous remediations for SAST, SCA, and CVE findings. You can also navigate back to the project, view the remediation conversation and PR details, and resume an incomplete remediation from where it was stopped by continuing the conversation or approving the fix.
Once a PR is created or a remediation is already in progress, further actions are disabled to prevent duplicate remediation.
### To Access Remediation History:
* Navigate to **Remediation History** and click on it.
* The remediations that were generated are listed in the left panel.
### Remediation Details
Each remediation in the list shows:
* **Date created**: when the remediation was generated.
* **Status**: the current state of the remediation.
On clicking the remediation, the following details can be viewed.
* **Project**: The project from which the remediation was created.
* **Pull request**: If a PR was created, you can open it directly from the remediation details.
### Resuming a Remediation
1. Select the remediation from the left panel.
2. Navigate to the bottom and click on the chat box to resume it.
3. Continue the remediation as before.
