# Rename Pipeline

Follow the steps below to rename a pipeline.

1. Click on the application from the [**application dashboard** ](https://docs.opsmx.com/user-guide/dashboard/application-dashboard). The **Pipelines** page with the details of all the pipelines for the selected application is displayed. 
2. Select the **Pipeline** to be renamed and click **Configure.**

3. Select **Rename** from the **Pipeline Action** drop-down as shown below.

3\.  A popup screen appears in which you can rename your pipeline. Enter the **new name** and click **Rename Pipeline** to save your changes.

4\.  New pipeline name is reflected in the application.
